Emily Carroll

Executive Director

Emily R. Carroll serves as a volunteer to the Board and The Wanted organization. Emily works full-time as a state employee. She is married to Jay Carroll and has worked alongside him for the past 3 years creating and developing The Young Wanted organization. As a mother she enjoys attending all of her children's events and activities.

Brian McGeorge

Graphic Designer

Brian McGeorge or "B-Mac" is as good a senior graphic designer as he is a baseball fan. And he’s one hell of a baseball fan. In fact, his 19-year career as a designer is really just a backup plan in case he doesn’t make the majors. A graduate of the American Academy of Art in Chicago, Brian’s training, experience and artistic style have helped him win multiple awards for multiple clients in his 11 years with Woodruff Sweitzer. And you should see his designs for Mizzou athletic posters. He’s kind of a big deal on posterswag.com. When he’s not humbly creating design magic, the large majority of Brian’s time is dedicated to his wife and two daughters.

Tina Newton

Photographer

Tina Newton was born and raised in Colorado in a little town called Sheridan. She graduated in 2001 and attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. There she met her husband Terrance. They were married at the ripe ages of 19 and 20 and that is when she moved to Jefferson City. Tina and her husband have 3 beautiful children, Crysta 13, Carter 9 and Cooper 3. She has many things that keep her busy. She owns her own photography business, is an Advocare Distributor and also cleans homes. She loves to exercise, read, go camping, ride her bike, meet new people and be as involved as possible with her children’s schooling. She loves to help others when she can and that is what brought her to working with The Wanted. She loves to push herself to do as many new things as possible and sports photography is something she has always wanted to do. She looks forward to working with all the kids, parents and staff.

Aaron Grefrath

Social Media Director

Aaron Grefrath is the Assistant Director with the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department in the City of Jefferson. With over 18 years in the recreational field, Aaron has spent the last nine years as the Activity Center Director at State Technical College of Missouri. There he was responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs ranging from fitness classes to youth and adult sports leagues and tournaments. Aaron also managed the day to day operations of the Activity Center. Prior to his employment at STC, Aaron was the Senior Program Director at the Jefferson City Area YMCA for nine years. Aaron is an advocate and volunteer for the American Heart Association. He was recognized as the Volunteer of the Year in 2013, and also the Heart star in 2014. He was also a member of the AHA Advocacy Team which worked diligently to get CPR as part of high school graduation requirements in Missouri, passed during the 2016 Legislative Session. Aaron is a lifelong resident of Jefferson City. He is married to Cindy, has a daughter Nicole and step daughter Alexis. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, barbequing, attending sporting events, and music concerts.

Amber Francis

Web Developer

Amber Francis is a web developer at the University of Missouri. She is married to her husband Jason and has one son Phoenix. She enjoys watching Phoenix play hockey, baseball and guitar. She also serves as team manager for the Mid-Missouri Tigers hockey team.

Jackie Forck

Accountant

Jackie Forck, CPA is a partner with Seaver & Forck CPAs. She is a graduate of Lincoln University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. She has been involved in all aspects of public accounting for twenty years. Jackie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. She currently serves as treasurer for Zonta Club of Jefferson City and is a choir member and organist at her Church. She resides in Jefferson City with her husband and children.

Jay Carroll

Director of Baseball

Jay Carroll is a Financial Consultant with Wells Fargo Advisors. He is active in his community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, past Vice-President of MMRA, President of The Young Wanted Baseball, and volunteers for many events in the Jefferson City area each year. Jay resides here in Jefferson City and attended both Jefferson City High as well as Lincoln University. Jay and his wife Emily have devoted the last 3 years creating and developing The Young Wanted organization. Jay has been coaching baseball and football for over a decade, and loves to watch the development of children. Jay enjoys spending time traveling with his family, having family barbeques, supporting his 3 kids in activities such as piano, basketball, golf, football, and art. He also enjoys going to local community events, attending sporting events such as St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, and the Missouri Tigers. Jay resides in Jefferson City.
